The Company is a wholly-owned subsidi,ary of Del Monte Fresh Produce Company (a US Multinational Company), and is currently developing a 4,OOO-hectare banana plantation in the municipalities of Talakag, Baungon, an~ Libona, in Bukidnon.

LABOR RELATIONS SUPERVISOR Ill

· Graduate of any 4-year course

· At least 5 years hands-on experience in total HR

· Highly knowledgeable in Labor Laws

· Preferably with previous experience in Labor Relations / CBA

Negotiations

· Above average verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in MS office applications

· This position is based in Talakag, Bukidnon
