The parents, relatives and friends of the four missing residents from Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro who were passengers of the MV Princess of the Stars are now alarmed over reports that a potent poisonous chemical called Endosulfan is now spreading over the capsized ferry at the sea waters of Sibuyan island, Romblon. Hundreds of drivers, operators and dispatchers operating public utility jeepneys (PUJs) plying the Gusa, Cugman and Lapasan routes are “severely affected” by the new traffic order issued by Mayor Constantino Jaraula allowing eastward PUJs to enter the city and put up terminals at Limketkai and Ororama MegaCenter.
