The new President B. Aquino need the help all serious people in the Philippines. Mindanao and the Philippines need OFFICES AGAINST CORRUPTION like in Macau. We can ban corruption and crime if the people have the chance to inform a strong Gov.Department of Anti-Corruption and the corrupt and crime people are then careful to do the dirty business because all people know then the name of this harmful persons. Send a petition to the President B. Aquino to install Gov.Offices against CORRUPTION and CRIME. Thanks The President can not do his job alone, please help him and his political leaders. Garcia, Highway cheat the customer. In order of our group I checked Jan. 31.2011 the Shell station and used a canister, made in Germany for max. 20 liters. The serviceman fill inside prhaps 19 to 20 liters, I had to pay 21,95 Liters. As I informed the management I understand, that they know, that the petrol-meter was manipulate. Result: The franchiser misuse the Shell trust and earn illegal day for day 10.000 P to 50.000 P extra. That cheating is a crime and not in interest of Shell. We can give a warning, dont buy petrol on this Shell Station. The family of franchiser is rich and fight me. They are interested to deport me, that I dont alow cheating and steeling. Atty. Babba Garcia like to deport a German because he dont alow that Garcia cheat Filipinos and Foreigners. Its your interest to stop this crime of franchiser. He made damage the good name of Shell.
