Skills and competency:

- College graduate of a four year course

- Fluent in written and spoken Cebuano as well as some competency in Pilipino

-computer literate especially with Word processing, spreadsheets and presentations

-work experience must include basic bookkeeping and preferably maintenance of a Petty, cash fund

-able to drive a motor vehicle and possess a current Philippine Driver’s License
